What is Kiwanis? This is a question that many Kiwanians are asked when they talk about Kiwanis. The technical answer is that Kiwanis is a civic organization dedicated to helping the children of the world. This is of course a true and wonderful statement but to many club members this is just a small part of what it means to be a Kiwanian.

 

Another true statement is that Kiwanis means something different to each member. If you ask some they say it is a family tradition, to others it is the desire to give back to their community in a way that is unique to them. Overall no one can argue that being a Kiwanis member is truly a great joy and the lifelong bonds that are made in the process are priceless!
